UK manufacturer Oxygens.co.uk (Applied Technology Ltd) warrants their products and accessories against defects for 5 Years on chambers and 3 years on electrical items from date of purchase. The warranty covers parts and labour to repair the Oxygens system. Extended warranties are available for purchase anytime within the warranty period.
The extended warranties also cover all chamber components — including zipper, windows, seams, valves, hoses, etc. Warranty Terms and Conditions: We, the manufacturer of the soft shell hyperbaric chamber, provide a warranty of five (5) years from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defects or faults that may arise during normal use of the chamber.
The warranty covers repair or replacement of any defective parts, and labor charges required to complete the repair.
The warranty does not cover any damage or malfunction caused by improper use, neglect, modification, accident, or any other cause beyond the control of the manufacturer. Any modifications made to the chamber by the purchaser or any third party will void this warranty.
The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the chamber and is non-transferable. To claim under this warranty, the purchaser must provide proof of purchase and contact the manufacturer or their authorized agent to initiate the claim process.
The manufacturer reserves the right to inspect the chamber before authorizing any repair or replacement under this warranty.
This warranty does not affect the purchaser’s statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
This warranty is the only express warranty provided by the manufacturer for the soft shell hyperbaric chamber, and any implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the term of this warranty.
In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the hyperbaric chamber.
This warranty is subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which the chamber was purchased.
