New soft-shell packages include the chamber, compressor system, oxygen concentrator, mask and hoses, internal controls and the seating or support specified for the model. The XL Sit-Up package includes padded seating, an internal LCD displaying oxygen level, pressure, time and humidity, plus a CO₂ sensor. Your written quote confirms the complete equipment package.
Soft-shell chambers use a flexible chamber body; hard-shell chambers have a rigid structure. Our Sit-Up, Lie-Down and XL soft-shell models operate up to 1.5 ATA. Winslet and DUO hard-shell options operate up to 2.0 ATA, with a 1.5 ATA Winslet configuration also available. ATA means atmospheres absolute and describes pressure, not oxygen purity.
Yes, subject to a review of the room and delivery access. Allow room for the chamber, its equipment, ventilation and access. For example, the Sit-Up has an approx. 1.5 m × 1 m footprint and requires at least 50 cm clearance around it. Other models have different requirements. Send us measurements and photographs before ordering.

On eligible soft-shell hire-to-buy agreements, up to four monthly hire payments can be deducted when you purchase the same chamber. Eligibility and the purchase price are agreed before hiring. Electricity costs depend on the equipment, operating hours and your tariff. For an estimate, multiply average power draw in kW by hours of use and your electricity price per kWh. Also budget for servicing, filters, masks and other consumables. Business owners should include operator time, cleaning, insurance and any finance payments. Value depends on how often you expect to use it and the equipment and services being compared. Consider purchase or hire, installation, electricity, maintenance, travel and appointment costs. Warranty depends on the model, use and agreement. New soft-shell home purchases include a two-year warranty, subject to the applicable terms; serviced used chambers include 12 months. Winslet cover includes 10 years on chamber welds and two years on electrical components, with annual servicing required. Qualifying soft-shell services can extend eligible cover up to five years for new chambers and three years for used chambers, subject to the service and warranty terms. Oxygens systems use filtered ambient air to pressurise the chamber. Concentrated oxygen is supplied separately through the breathing mask. Chamber pressure, concentrator output and the oxygen actually inhaled are different measurements. Oxygen delivery and monitoring specifications are confirmed for the selected model. Funding options may be available for qualifying business customers, subject to eligibility and the applicable finance terms. Each Winslet has a manufacturer's data plate and a matching serial number permanently etched into the chamber.
