We value referrals and are pleased to offer commission on qualifying sales and hires, subject to the terms below.
- Commission Rate
A commission of 10% is payable on the net value of qualifying completed sales or hire agreements. - Eligibility
Commission applies only to:
New customers not previously in our database or engaged in prior discussions with us
Full-price products or hires only
The first qualifying transaction made by the referred customer
Commission does not apply to:
Discounted, promotional, bundled, or special-price transactions (unless agreed in writing in advance)
Add-ons, upgrades, servicing, consumables, or repeat purchases
Cancelled, refunded, unpaid, or part-paid orders - Referral Process
The referred customer’s full details must be submitted in writing before or at the time of initial introduction.
Referrals submitted after the customer has made contact, requested a quote, or placed an order will not qualify.
We reserve the right to determine whether a referral is valid and eligible. - Payment Terms
Commission will be paid 30 days after the transaction has been fully completed and cleared funds received.
In the case of hires, commission will be calculated on the agreed hire value once the contract has commenced and initial payment has cleared. - One Commission Per Referral
Commission is payable once per referred customer only, regardless of the number of purchases, hires, or future transactions made by that customer. - Self-Referrals & Related Parties
Commission is not payable on:
Self-referrals
Referrals of related companies, subsidiaries, or associated parties
Transactions where the referrer has a direct financial interest in the purchasing entity - Payment Method & Tax
Commission will be paid via bank transfer.
The recipient is responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes. - Scheme Changes
We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the referral commission scheme at any time without prior notice. Any qualifying referrals submitted prior to changes will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of submission.
