Warranty extension: Each qualifying service can extend warranty cover by a further 12 months. With annual servicing, cover can be maintained for up to five years on eligible new chambers and three years on eligible used chambers, subject to the applicable warranty and service terms.

Hard-shell systems receive an in-person inspection of the pressure vessel and associated operating equipment. Checks include pressure control, relief and emergency systems, filters, communication and monitoring equipment appropriate to the installed chamber.

Annual servicing: Professional annual servicing is required to maintain Winslet warranty protection. Service requirements for other hard-shell models are confirmed following an equipment review.
How the Service Process Works
If additional work is identified: Servicing does not automatically include unrelated repairs or replacement parts beyond those stated. Where further work is recommended, we will explain the findings and available options.

Qualified Hyperbaric Engineers
Hyperbaric chambers are specialist pressure systems and should be inspected by engineers who understand the chamber, its operating equipment and the documentation expected by owners and professional operators.
Our engineers are PressureSafe qualified and IBUM trained. Oxygens is ISO 9001 certified specifically for its own manufacture, installation, hire and training of hyperbaric chamber systems. Frequently Asked Questions
How often should a chamber be serviced?
Annual servicing is recommended for planned maintenance and is required where stated in the chamber warranty terms. Business operators should also confirm the maintenance and documentation requirements of their insurer.
Can a soft-shell chamber be serviced by courier?
Some soft-shell servicing can be arranged through an agreed courier process. This depends on the chamber, its condition and the checks required. We will confirm the appropriate method before booking.
Are filters included?
Soft-shell filters are inspected and replaced where required and included under the selected service or plan. Hard-shell annual servicing includes the scheduled filter replacement described in the service specification.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Following completion of the applicable checks, you receive a dated service record and certificate for your maintenance history, warranty evidence and, where relevant, insurer documentation.
Does servicing extend the warranty?
A qualifying soft-shell service can extend eligible warranty cover by 12 months, up to five years for new chambers and three years for used chambers. All extensions remain subject to the applicable warranty terms, correct operation and completion of the required servicing schedule.
Is servicing the same as a repair?
No. A service covers the specified inspection, testing and scheduled maintenance. If a fault, damage or additional repair is identified, we will explain the findings and any further work or parts required.
What information is needed to book?
Please provide the chamber model, serial number, installation address, approximate age, previous service date and details of any current concerns. Photographs or a short video may also help us assess the equipment.
Are the monthly plans subject to terms?
Yes. Eligibility, payment arrangements, included services, warranty extensions and support are subject to the applicable service-plan terms. Our team will confirm these before the plan begins.
