Showroom and Delivery Policy

Viewing products

Oxygens products can be viewed by appointment at our factory and showroom:

Appointments must be booked in advance so that a suitable member of our team is available and we can confirm which products are currently on display.

Products displayed at our showroom are demonstration models. Customers can view these products and place an order for delivery. Unless expressly agreed in writing, the display model itself is not the product supplied.

Delivery areas and charges

We deliver throughout mainland Great Britain and internationally.

Standard delivery charges are:

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, islands, internationally and other remote locations may incur an additional charge – delivery address required to quote.

The complete delivery charge will be included in your written quotation before you place and pay for your order.

Occasionally, free or expedited delivery may be offered on selected in-stock products. Any promotional delivery terms, eligible locations and order deadlines will be clearly stated with the applicable offer.

Soft-shell chamber delivery

Soft-shell hyperbaric chambers are normally delivered within seven working days of order confirmation and cleared payment, provided the product is in stock.

If a product is temporarily unavailable or delivery is expected to take longer, we will advise you before accepting the order or contact you promptly to agree a revised delivery date.

Hard-shell chamber production and delivery

Hard-shell hyperbaric chambers are manufactured or configured to order. The average production time is approximately four weeks from order confirmation, cleared deposit and approval of the final specification.

Production may occasionally be completed sooner, although lead times vary according to the chamber specification, current order levels, component availability and installation requirements. We will provide an estimated production and delivery schedule before accepting your order and keep you informed of any material change.

Delivery, installation and access

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and telling us about access restrictions, stairs, narrow entrances, parking limitations or other circumstances that may affect delivery or installation.

Where installation is included or purchased, we will arrange a suitable date after confirming that the site and access requirements have been met. Installation timing may differ from the product’s delivery date.

Delivery estimates are given in good faith and are not guaranteed unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed delivery date in writing.

Product and installation reservations

Products, stock and installation dates are not reserved until the required payment or agreed deposit has been received and cleared.

Quotations, provisional dates and discussions do not constitute a confirmed reservation. Product availability, production capacity and installation dates remain subject to change until payment is received.

Once payment has cleared, we will confirm your order and, where applicable, agree the estimated delivery or installation schedule.
