From Order to Delivery
At Oxygens, we make the ordering process clear and straightforward. From your signed agreement to manufacturing, delivery and ongoing support, you will know what is happening at every stage.
Sales Agreement
Once you decide to proceed, we will send your Sales Agreement electronically. You can review and sign it online without printing or scanning.
Invoice Issued
Once the signed agreement is received, we will prepare your invoice. This is usually issued within one to two working days.
Payment & Confirmation
Your order is confirmed when payment is received. This secures your production slot and allows materials and components to be allocated.
Build & Delivery
Your confirmed lead time begins from the payment date. We will keep you updated as your chamber progresses towards delivery.
When does the build time begin?
Delivery and manufacturing times are calculated from the date payment is received, rather than the date of the initial enquiry.
For example, if one of our hard-shell hyperbaric chambers has a six-week build time and payment is made two weeks after the initial enquiry, delivery will be approximately six weeks from payment, or eight weeks from the original enquiry.
Support does not end at delivery
Oxygens provides installation guidance, user training and ongoing technical support. Professional customers can also access our hyperbaric training course and ongoing equipment servicing .

Why does my lead time begin after payment?
Payment confirms your order and secures your position in our production schedule. It also allows us to allocate the correct materials, components and engineering time to your chamber. This provides a clear and fair process for every customer and prevents unconfirmed enquiries from occupying active manufacturing slots.
Is my chamber held in stock?
Availability varies by model. Some systems or components may be available sooner, while other chambers are manufactured or prepared to order. Your quotation will explain the anticipated lead time, but your production slot is only secured once the required payment has been received.
