Hard Shell Hyperbaric Chamber: Made in the UK

How to Order

From Order to Delivery

At Oxygens, we make the ordering process clear and straightforward. From your signed agreement to manufacturing, delivery and ongoing support, you will know what is happening at every stage.

Step 01

Sales Agreement

Once you decide to proceed, we will send your Sales Agreement electronically. You can review and sign it online without printing or scanning.

Step 02

Invoice Issued

Once the signed agreement is received, we will prepare your invoice. This is usually issued within one to two working days.

Step 03

Payment & Confirmation

Your order is confirmed when payment is received. This secures your production slot and allows materials and components to be allocated.

Step 04

Build & Delivery

Your confirmed lead time begins from the payment date. We will keep you updated as your chamber progresses towards delivery.

When does the build time begin?

Delivery and manufacturing times are calculated from the date payment is received, rather than the date of the initial enquiry.

For example, if one of our hard-shell hyperbaric chambers has a six-week build time and payment is made two weeks after the initial enquiry, delivery will be approximately six weeks from payment, or eight weeks from the original enquiry.

Support does not end at delivery

Oxygens provides installation guidance, user training and ongoing technical support. Professional customers can also access our hyperbaric training course and ongoing equipment servicing .

You can also view real customer setups and previous projects in our hyperbaric chamber gallery .

Frequently Asked Questions

Ordering from Oxygens

Answers to common questions about manufacturing, delivery, training and ongoing support.

Why does my lead time begin after payment?

Payment confirms your order and secures your position in our production schedule. It also allows us to allocate the correct materials, components and engineering time to your chamber. This provides a clear and fair process for every customer and prevents unconfirmed enquiries from occupying active manufacturing slots.

Is my chamber held in stock?

Availability varies by model. Some systems or components may be available sooner, while other chambers are manufactured or prepared to order. Your quotation will explain the anticipated lead time, but your production slot is only secured once the required payment has been received.

Why choose a chamber from Oxygens?

Oxygens is a UK-based hyperbaric chamber manufacturer and specialist supplier with more than 20 years of manufacturing experience. We provide complete systems rather than leaving customers to source compressors, oxygen equipment, training or technical support separately.

Customers benefit from clear product guidance, professional installation options, operational training, ongoing technical support and access to servicing. This creates a more dependable long-term ownership experience than purchasing unsupported equipment from an overseas marketplace or general reseller.

Will Oxygens help me choose the right chamber?

Yes. Our team will discuss who will use the chamber, whether it is intended for home or professional use, the available space, accessibility requirements and your preferred seating or lying position. Our aim is to recommend a suitable system rather than simply directing every customer towards the largest or most expensive model.

What support is included after delivery?

We provide guidance on setup, safe operation, routine care and troubleshooting. Our chambers are supported by a UK-based team, meaning customers have a direct point of contact if they need assistance. We also offer ongoing servicing and maintenance support to help keep equipment operating correctly over the longer term.

Is installation and training available?

Yes. Installation arrangements depend on the chamber model and the delivery location. Customers are guided through the correct operation of the chamber and its supporting equipment. Professional users can also complete our dedicated hyperbaric training course, helping staff understand operation, user preparation, safety and routine procedures.

Can Oxygens service the equipment in the future?

Yes. Oxygens provides ongoing servicing and technical support for its chamber systems. Having access to a UK-based servicing team is an important advantage because it means customers are not dependent on overseas sellers, unfamiliar third parties or difficult-to-source replacement components.

How will I know what stage my order has reached?

We will confirm when your agreement has been received, when payment has been allocated and when your order has entered the relevant preparation or manufacturing stage. As delivery approaches, our team will contact you to discuss the next steps and any access or installation requirements.
