Engineering & Wellness SpecialistsAt Oxygens, we’re not just suppliers – we are a UK-based team of engineers, technicians, and oxygen therapy specialists dedicated to designing, building, and supporting hyperbaric systems.
From manufacturing through to installation and ongoing support, our team is involved at every stage to ensure safety, performance, and long-term reliability. We work across hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), EWOT systems, and oxygen-based recovery solutions, supporting clients ranging from private home users to clinics, performance centres, and professional athletes across the UK.
Tim
CEO & Technical DirectorTim brings over 30 years of manufacturing experience to Oxygens, with a specialist background in robotics and engineering design. An award-winning innovator, he was recognised at the Lloyds Business Awards for his work in robotics, including systems developed for military applications.
His interest in hyperbarics began following a rugby injury, where he experienced first-hand the benefits of oxygen therapy. This led to a long-term commitment to developing safe, effective solutions, ensuring every system meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Tim is qualified by the International Board of Undersea Medicine. As a hands-on CEO, he remains directly involved in the production process, combining engineering expertise with a deep clinical understanding of hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
Dr Sarah
Clinical Operations ManagerDr Sarah is a Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience in the NHS. Her journey into Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) was driven by personal experince using the with her son, leading her to master the research and clinical applications of the field.
Qualified by the International Board of Undersea Medicine, she ensures Oxygens delivers the highest standard of evidence-based practice. As Clinical Operations Manager, Sarah oversees our internal processes with a rigorous focus on safety, patient outcomes, and long-term clinical integrity.
Steve
Regulatory & Quality Affairs DirectorSteve anchors the clinical integrity of Oxygens with over 33 years of experience in the pathology sector. Specialising in Biochemistry, he began his career within the NHS before moving to Singapore to lead medical diagnostic operations for prominent international firms.
For the past decade, Steve has specialised in Medical Devices and IVD regulations, working within a Notified Body to assess and certify complex medical systems. At Oxygens, he ensures every chamber exceeds the world's most stringent regulatory benchmarks for safety and performance.

Technical Strategy ManagerWith a background in complex digital consultancy for UK energy leaders like British Gas and nPower, Chris oversees the technical and operational heart of Oxygens. He ensures our systems and hyperbaric solutions are delivered with the same rigor and precision that defined his 30-year career in technical programming.
Dave
Technical Operations & Design LeadDave brings over 20 years of technical expertise to Oxygens, with a vast background spanning electrical repairs, IT, and tech support. His multidisciplinary skillset includes high-level CAD design and technical illustration, ensuring our systems are engineered with precision and clarity.
A natural creator, Dave’s professional precision is mirrored in his personal life. When he isn't overseeing technical operations, he is an avid artist and maker, often found in his workshop constructing complex projects or exploring the latest in computing and digital design.
Adam
Factory ManagerAdam oversees the core of Oxygens’ manufacturing hub, bringing a rigorous approach to production management and workflow optimization. He is responsible for the seamless coordination of the factory floor, ensuring that our fabrication and assembly timelines align with the highest standards of engineering excellence.
With a focus on quality assurance and operational safety, Adam acts as the final checkpoint for every system we produce. His leadership ensures that the technical precision defined in the design phase is maintained through every stage of physical manufacturing, guaranteeing that every Oxygens client receives a world-class product.
Jamie
Lead Production TechnicianJamie is the hands-on force behind the Oxygens manufacturing process. A specialist in assembly and complex fabrication, he ensures every chamber is built to exacting standards. His expertise in precision soldering and technical finishing is vital to the durability and safety of our systems.
With an uncompromising attention to detail, Jamie oversees the physical production from start to finish. This passion for mechanics extends beyond the factory floor; a dedicated motorbike enthusiast, he spends much of his time fabricating and maintaining high-performance machinery, bringing that same level of engineering pride to every Oxygens project.
Ollie
Lead Systems & Electronics DesignerOllie is the technical "whizz" behind the advanced electronics and digital architecture of Oxygens' systems. With a rare ability to translate complex concepts into functional hardware, he oversees the electronic design and computing integration that powers our next-generation chambers.
A true innovator who can design and build almost anything, Ollie ensures our products remain at the cutting edge of technical performance. His mastery of modern computing systems and custom electronics is a cornerstone of Oxygens’ commitment to providing smart, reliable, and highly-engineered oxygen therapy solutions.

Lead Fabrication EngineerTad is a highly skilled Coded Welder with over 20 years of experience in heavy and precision engineering. His role is fundamental to the structural integrity of our systems, ensuring that every weld meets the exacting safety and quality standards required for high-performance wellness chambers.
Blending technical engineering with a creative eye for detail, Tad ensures that our products are as aesthetically finished as they are robustly built. His deep understanding of specialist fabrication makes him a vital part of the British manufacturing team, delivering excellence in every project he touches.
