UK-Manufactured Equipment.
Long-Term Technical Support.
An Oxygens warranty is backed by a UK-based team that can service, inspect and repair the equipment we supply. From installation and training to annual servicing and replacement parts, our support continues long after delivery.
The Benefit of UK Manufacture
The Oxygens Winslet 2.0 ATA hard-shell chamber is manufactured and supported in the United Kingdom.
UK manufacture gives customers direct access to the people responsible for the chamber's engineering, installation and ongoing support. It also means that servicing information, replacement components and technical assistance are available from a UK-based supplier.
Technical advice from a team familiar with the chamber and its systems.
Access to genuine parts and compatible components when required.
Planned maintenance and inspections completed by trained personnel.
A clear UK point of contact if a fault, servicing query or compliance issue arises.
Customers should confirm that the supplier can provide suitable technical documentation, replacement parts, servicing support and access to a competent person for ongoing examination requirements. These arrangements are not always included with lower-cost imported systems and may need to be sourced independently.
Winslet Commercial Warranty
Warranty cover applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use, subject to the stated conditions.
| Component | Warranty | Usage limit |
|---|---|---|
| Steel pressure vessel and welded structure | 10 years | Unlimited |
| Pressure vessel welds | 10 years | Unlimited |
| Door mechanism and windows | 2 years | 5,000 hours |
| Pressure gauges, valves and controls | 2 years | Unlimited |
| Electrical system | 2 years | Unlimited |
| Air compressor | 2 years | 4,000 hours |
| Oxygen concentrator | 3 years | 15,000 hours |
| Touchscreen and PLC | 2 years | Unlimited |
| Acrylic windows | 2 years | Unlimited |
Component limits and exclusions apply. Calibration, consumable items, normal wear and damage caused by misuse are not included unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
Written Scheme of Examination
Commercial installations may require formal examination arrangements for insurance and compliance purposes.
A Written Scheme of Examination, commonly referred to as a WSE, identifies the pressure parts that require examination, the nature of those examinations and the intervals at which they should be completed.
Where applicable, Oxygens can support business customers with a Written Scheme of Examination and the ongoing inspection arrangements needed for their installation. Commercial customers should also confirm any specific requirements with their insurer and competent person.
A WSE cannot be prepared properly without sufficient technical information about the pressure system. Before purchasing any chamber, businesses should establish whether the supplier can provide the documentation and continuing engineering support required by the appointed competent person.
Keeping Your Warranty Valid
Correct operation and planned maintenance help protect both the equipment and the warranty.
Complete annual servicing and applicable WSE inspections through Oxygens or an approved service provider.
Operate the chamber only within its published pressure and operating limits.
Use genuine Oxygens replacement parts and approved components.
Follow the supplied operating manual, maintenance instructions and training.

Common Warranty Questions
What should I do if I believe there is a fault?
Stop using the affected function if there is any safety concern and contact Oxygens. Our team will normally begin with telephone or video troubleshooting before deciding whether parts or an engineer visit are required.
Does the warranty cover servicing?
No. Routine servicing, calibration and replacement of consumable items are maintenance requirements rather than manufacturing defects. Annual servicing is also a condition of the Winslet commercial warranty.
What happens if a covered component fails?
Where a valid manufacturing defect is confirmed, Oxygens may repair or replace the defective component at its discretion, subject to the warranty terms and applicable usage limits.
Does using a third-party part affect the warranty?
It may. The commercial warranty requires genuine Oxygens replacement parts. Unauthorised alterations or incompatible components can affect chamber operation and may invalidate the relevant warranty cover.
